Somewhat of a committee style interview; 3 people were present during my interview, they asked me about who I am as a person; felt very conversational and comfortable; had to have a phone interview prior to coming in for in-person interview; had to pass background check and drug test
Easy process, a little longer than most but not bad. Shows they do research. good communication on process. online platform easy to use. HR people were friendly, local staff was very nice

I had two interviews. The first consisted of meeting with the hiring entity and they introduced me to some staff members and provided a tour. The second interview was with a group of managers and execs who asked questions.
