Had a quick 10 minute interview with 3 general questions then a demonstration helping customers pack their groceries. The interview questions were:

Name one time you dealt with an unfriendly person and describe how you dealt with them.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
