had to submit an online application answer some situational judgement tests go to an interview day attend a couple of training days all veyr light hearted, alot of group work, professional yet friendly found out a month or so later if i was successful, only took so long because it was a new shop so the process was delayed

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
