Was simple enough. Online application then arranged a time for a telephone interview. After passing that another group interview and another one to one interview. Was about 5 people in the group interview. Felt quite nervous before as we were all sat together waiting but when the hiring staff came I felt a lot calmer about the whole experience.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
