Interview
I applied online and the process took 4- 5 working days. I was interviewed at Tesco Customer Fulfillment Center. It was good, just normal questions nothing specific. The manager was really good and made me confortable to answer his questions well.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
