Interview
Small group of people, we went into a room and filled out the forms they gave us regarding availability and checking details. We did a team exercise building a tower from paper then went out onto the shop floor to tidy and sort the shelves. While we were in the room we talked about ourselves, interviewers picked questions from a list for us to answer. Interviews photocopied right to work.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer or friend.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
