Interview
I applied online, completed the online questionnaire and attached my rights to work documents. I then recieved a call from the store manager asking me to come in for an interview. It was quite simple it was a 1-1 interview filled out a health and safety form spoke about my availability and was asked 6 typical questions then afterwards i did a 20 min work sample to see what it’d be like working there and that was it. Got a call a few hours later saying i got the job and info about the induction.

Question 1
What rules and regulations have you had to follow that you didn’t agree with ?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
