Waited in the canteen for 5 mins. Called in and was interviewed by 2 women. Process was very good and was made to feel calm and settled in quickly. Interview itself was roughly 20 mins and the questions were not too difficult.

Question 1
Name a situation where you had to go along with a rule you didn't agree with
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
