took me to a room, was one nice lady. she asked me a few questions about myself then after that, she gave me a paper with questions, which were some of the same questions she had just asked me, for me to write my answer. after that, she asked for my availability.

Apply on the website, you can save your responses there. You upload your CV and answer questions about experience and employment, and then there is a questionnaire to how you would react in different scenarios. Make sure when you answer to keep the customers needs first. The interview itself is very easy. I had two for two different stores. One was a group interview with a group activity, like who would you save off a boat. And then that was followed by a short one on one interview about myself. The other interview just had one on one questions. They ask you your availability, and they say that the more availability you have the more likelihood that you will get hired, because they can match your schedule better. On both occasions I got a positive phone call the same day.

The interview process was pretty easy just a serious if questions about previous experiences & why I’d be suited to the role. They asked about my availability and how long I would be looking to stay at tesco
Very short & simple, just given an opportunity to talk and show that you’re a competent person. Very friendly and not stressful at all, they show you around the store too and what kind of things you would be doing in the role
