Around 8 of us were called for a group interview, there were 2 interviewees. They asked 6 questions, like 'When did you explain a complicated task to someone?' 'When did you go above and beyond for a customer?' 'When have you worked as a team?' 'etc Then we took a tea break, and then split into two for a group task where we had to build a paper tower of a certain height.

When did you explain a complicated task to someone?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
