Interview
Pretty lax, had some small talk before the interview then ask me more customer-focused questions when the actual interview began. When the interview was done he gave me a call saying he wanted me to do an instore trail period to see how I acted in a work environment.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
