The interview had no idea what role I applied for and spent the whole time trying to convince me to start work at 4am even though I said 5am would be the earliest. No definite answers were given and she couldn't even tell me how much I would be paid...

I invited to in person interview, after right to work checking. My interview was about 10 mins with store manager and they asked lots of question very fast with strong accent I couldn't understand.

The manager asked me about my hobbies, my studied education and also about my team working ability.
I applied online, completed a short assessment, and attended an interview focused on customer service, teamwork, and availability. Afterwards, I completed right-to-work checks, induction training, and sometimes a trial shift.
