Very quick process, had to show how much weight you could lift in the warehouse, so would come prepared to lift heavy boxes, followed by a one on one interview going through your cv and answering questions

Simple questions about background and shifts I’d be able to work. If I’d ever done this type of work before. It was a short interview process that took about 30 minutes

It was very easy and all you really have to be is confident.They ask questions then show you around the place to get an understanding of how it will feel like.

The interview process was seamless, professional, and well-structured, with clear communication, respectful interaction, and supportive atmosphere, making the entire experience smooth, efficient, and encouraging for both candidate and interviewer. Not stress at all.
