When your finished with that you will interview face to face with 1-3 managers at the same time. Don't worry the questions are more like getting to know you and where you would best fit within the company. They match your skills and abilities with the open positions. I applied to one job but, after speaking to the interviewers found a better fit for my abilities and wound up getting that job and a better rate of pay as well. They don't beat you up over your job history or short term on jobs. They know that working with a disability is hard and understand that not all employers are sensitive or accommodating to us. Not all Skookum employees are disabled or vet's. They are just "normal" non-disabled employees with great skills and abilities as well. So don't be afraid to apply if your not disabled. But if your not comfortable around great people with unique abilities and skills please don't apply.

Brief and informal. Very few questions asked. Disorganized. Very awkward interview style and questions. The interviewer seemed unprepared for the interview. I would not recommend interviewing with this company. The pay seems above average. But the interview did not reflect well on the company.
