I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tevora (Fairfax, VA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Interview Process first begins with a recruiter/HR phone screen and then an interview with the managers of your team. Depending on which team you might need to complete a take home assignment before your second, but they give you a lot of time for it so it's not too difficult.
My interviewers were great and it seemed more like a light conversation more than a formal interview which I appreciated. HR was also cooperative and very accommodating.
I recently went through a first-round phone interview with Tevora and was given a writing assignment afterwards. I completed it promptly, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response after submitting it. Despite following up several times for an update on my application status, I received no feedback. It was disappointing to invest a considerable amount of time and effort in the process without any closure or acknowledgment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic questions regarding the role and work experience.
First interview was a simple HR meeting about who you are and some technical questions that you answer. After that, you are given a task to complete in order to progress to another round of interviews if selected.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tevora in Apr 2024
Interview
First step was a phone screening interview that included some behavioral questions. This was followed by a writing prompt. Next, was an interview with a hiring manager. And the last step was the final round with the director of SOC. They asked a lot of behavioral questions as well as tested my knowledge on cybersecurity topics such as firewalls. Know stuff and you should be good. They also take a while to get back which was sort of a downside. I pretty much had to continuously chase them.
