I interviewed at Texas A&M University

      Interview

initial HR screen + 1st round with the department. got asked no technical questions during the first round: was purely behavioral. I'm... not quite sure if they saw my resume cause when I talked with them, they.... really didnt seem like they wanted to be there. seemed like their minds were elsewhere. the first round interview i had was very personable and was definitely a 2 way interview, but... i wish i could've said the same thing about my first round. the folks were nice, but.... body language was saying something else. I do kind of wish i sensed some more enthusiasm from them, but... i'm just not quite sure if they were busy with other assignments. nevertheless, it was a neutral experience overall.
