      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Texas A&M University (College Station, TX) in Mar 2013

      Interview

After a phone interview I was bought to campus for a two day interview where I had to meet with HR, interview with the department director, interview with the assistant director, interview with other department employees, interview with faculty and staff, interview with a former student (alumnus), and interview with students over dinner, all separately. I also had to complete a 60 minute workshop for student where I was given the topic the day before.
