Meet with PI. Discussed prior research experience from undergrad. Talked about lab management (ordering and inventory) and assisting other lab members with experiments while learning new technical skills. Eventually was given my own project.

It's a two part interview process. If you do well on the group interview then you'll get to do an individual interview. It's not hard at all. Just be yourself and you'll be fine.
