Interview
It took a while to get the job, but the interview process was pretty smooth. I had known my employer previously, so that helped me in my interview. I communicated with my employer through email, then we set up an in person interview that only took about 30 minutes. It was really helpful hearing her suggestions and expectations for the job.

Interview
I interviewed with the Marketing Manager first and was then brought in for a team interview. I was then put through a skills test to design an infographic. Overall, it was a great experience. The team was dynamic and I never felt like I was in the hot seat. It was more like a friendly conversation.
