I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas A&M University (College Station, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
I was recommended through a student worker at the time. I submitted my resume via email and scheduled my interview on campus after that. It was a very casual interview process, more of a conversation and just getting to know me! I interviewed with the two people who are now my two bosses. They asked me basic questions about my resume, my major, what activities I was involved with, past jobs, volunteer work etc. Basically just went down my resume. After they talked to me they explained to me the position I was doing and the basic job duties I would be doing. I felt good about it, and they called me a couple days later to inform me I got the job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas A&M University (College Station, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Very kind and comfortable interviewer. About 8 questions, mainly about past experiences. They had said that they are still interviewing other candidates, I was offered the position 2 days later.

Minimal Interview process; just wanted to get to know me and why I'd be a good fit for the position; only about 6-8 questions were asked; received an offer very shortly after the interview process
