I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Texas Health Resources (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
The process for an internal candidate are slow. So it's good to have patience when preparing to move on to another positions. Your resume goes to a recruiter, who reviews it and forwards it to the hiring manager. You can check the status of the application but you typically receive an email when it moves forward. The recruiter then contacts you, when the manager wants to interview you.

Question 1
What type of person my friends would say I was? What adjectives describe you? What would my boss say about me?
I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Health Resources in Jun 2024
Interview
The initial interview was virtual and lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and was inviting throughout the interview process. In the second interview, not so much. The interviewers were very stoic, so I couldn't tell if they liked me, liked my answers, or were just not interested.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had a process change, whether it was systems or anything else. What did you do?
Short, possibly because I was a current employee. My employment was a detriment. They said “This won’t be a standard interview because we already know you.” And when they offered the position to someone else, they said it was because she answered more of the technical questions. Of which I was never asked.
