I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Texas Health Resources (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2022
Interview
This interview was for a position at the THR Alliance location. The process was not great from the beginning. I applied within the first week of October 2022. After over two weeks, I hadn't heard from the recruiting team, so I reached out for a follow up. Finally, in early November 2022, I received a request for a phone screening. To their credit, they did get this scheduled within 24 hours, but that was the only good part about the process. After the phone screening, I did not hear back from the TA consultant/team, and I had followed up twice to determine the status of my application. Finally, in early December 2022, I received the "thanks but no thanks" email. A recruiting process that takes two months does not seem very efficient to me.
