Interviewed (and hired) with the Deputy General Patent Counsel, an office manager, and two secretaries. Skill set was pre-tested by the Recruiting agency prior to any interview. Salary was also discussed by the Recruiter prior to the interview. No benefits were discussed until the first day of employment, during the orientation.
