Interview
Phone interview consisted of mostly personality questions. While the inperson interview consisted a few technical questions and a lot more personality ones. They believe in company culture so fit is important. The company took us out to a nice dinner the night before, overall a very pleasurable experience.

Give a technical presentation on a topic of your choice.
A little challenging because there were technical questions. but overall, it was okay. Kind of nervous at first but you should always be confident with your answers. Always show up on time. Do not leave a dead air in between questions.

Interview
There are different stages in the interview process, first they will ask you about the reason behind applying for the position, then ask about different work experiences, as well as your preferences when it comes to working. During the final stages, the people in the certain function that you are applying to will ask you questions related to your course such as chemistry, thermo, etc.
