I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (San Marcos, TX)
Interview
I applied online and process for a reply back is like a week. An interview I receive as a server assistance is quite simple at the point where I won't consider that an interview. Pretty much you have to point out that you will work and do your job after that consider yourself hired. This is base on my experience as a server assistance.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They question like previous restaurant or food industry experience.
The interview process was straight forward. They asked if I had any previous work experience, what my availability is, if I was willing to work holidays, and then asked about various goals (personal, professional, work, school etc.).
