Very motivated team! I walked into our local location with a resume & filled out a paper application. I was asked to come back the following week to interview with one of their serving managers. After a very successful and casual interview, I was again invited to return two days later to meet the location owner and marketing rep. Both interviews went very smoothly! Lots of great questions that really force your personality to come out and get y'all excited about the great culture that is 'Texas Roadhouse.'
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
