Interview
The interview process was pretty relaxed. I was interviewed by 3 different managers, I assume so that they could gauge my potential to benefit the company. They were all friendly and did not seem like they were trying to weed me out necessarily.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
