Walked in as they were opening up. Sat down for about 10 minutes waiting for the general manager to quickly ask me a few basic serving questions. Asked to fill out Alcohol serving certifications online and was hired within the week.

Name a time you had to deal with a difficult customer, and how did you diffuse the situation?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
