Interview
The interview process was very brief and they wanted to know you as a person. They ask about your previous work and personality or situational questions. They want to know how committed you are the working there. I didn't know what I was getting myself into.

Where do you see yourself a few years from now.. the want to know how long you're committed to being there
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
