It was very direct. Had an initial interview then the manager immediately came out and we did the second one. More of a get to know you interview with some situational questions.

What would you do if a customer was dissatisfied with their experience?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
