I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Trexlertown, PA) in Feb 2014
Interview
I had to go in for 2 interview, which is completely understandable. In the first interview, I arrived about 5 minutes early and ended up waiting for 25 minutes until the manager remembered that I was there for an interview. If it's not her time being wasted, it doesn't matter how long anyone else waits. When we finally did sit down, she never really asked me any questions. We talked about my schedule and the hours available to work, and we talked about sports. Seriously, why would you talk about sports during an interview? All said and done, I was interviewed for about 10 minutes before she told me that the General manager would call me to set up another interview. When I did sit down with the the GM, he had all but hired me before I sat down. But, I again had to wait 15 minutes. There had been no questions regarding anything personal that would show my character or anything. I sat down with him for exactly 5 minutes. Needless to say, I was a little upset at the interviewing process.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse
Interview
It was a good process. Pretty easy I went in as a hostess for a brand new resturaunt and was able to go through the big training. Very easy and very fun.
Super easy it was more personality based no need to see what questions they ask if they like you they will hire you all I remember is that they just asked me about myself and that was it.

Interview
Good, they asked really good questions and did a good background check. They also had me meet many managers which all asked really good questions. They asked about my school and previous experience .
