Interview
The interview process was easy, they asked if I had any experience but overall they didn’t ask many questions. It was pretty much just general interview questions to see what my personality and work ethic was.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
