Interview
There was a lot of what would you do in this situation questions relating to restaurant manner and dealing with customers. There were 2 total interviews. First one with a general manager, 2nd one with the owner of the restaurant.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
