Interview
You go in and they ask you about your availability. Unless for some reason you're just really rude or too young, you're gonna get the job. I was in there maybe 10 minutes. Then they schedule you to come back for an orientation where they show you this cheesy magazine and explain whats expected of you.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
