Was very easy to schedule, come in, and know if you had the job or not. Management is very nice and didnt ask any difficult questions for this easy job.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (South Bend, IN) in Jul 2018
Interview
Well I am a 19 year old female, and I went in applying to be a dishwasher, and there was another young guy in there who applied to the same job he seen me, and then went to the guy first but I didn’t think anything of it. I am very into makeup so I had some on but it was a neutral look. and I also was dressed nice considering it was an interview. When he was done with the other guy he came to me, now he was a nice guy but it was very sexist. He just kept saying im too pretty and well kept to be a dishwasher & it was pretty hard work and “not to be sexist or anything but its really a young males job..” so I’m like really? lol he knew I was a female when I applied. he then offered me an interview with the servers manager put I wasn’t interested. I mean I’m not sure maybe I’m overreacting but It just didn’t sit right with me... (It is also a 3 interview process, I was offered a 2nd, but never went.)
