Interview
I applied online by submitting my resume and writing sample. I received an email a month later asking that I complete a skills test. The test consisted of writing a short article (around 300-500 words) using AP style on a topic of my choice (as long as it related to global poverty). I then received an email about a week later for an interview time. I interviewed via Skype (voice-only) for about 15 minutes. I received an internship offer a couple weeks afterwards.
