Submit writing samples, take writing test, skype interview. questiosn were about your knowledge of the borgen project, what you can bring, how you plan to meet the $500 fundraising goal. it was a one on one interview that lasted about 15 minutes
Very simple interview process. They want to know whether you have writing experience and that you are well versed with the borgen project mission and organization. It was a phone interview
It was a very easy interview with basic questions about myself and my knowledge on the company. They want to make sure you are committed and will be able to fund raise

Interview
The interview was a straightforward 10 minute Zoom call with basic interview questions. The interviewer talks for some time about what to expect from the position. A writing sample is also needed after the interview.
