I interviewed at The Borgen Project (Washington, DC)
Interview
Interviewer seemed uninterested both in asking the questions and hearing the answers, which made the organisation seem very unprofessional and not at all serious in their mission. The entire interview lasted perhaps ten minutes and was extremely perfunctory.
I interviewed at The Borgen Project (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
They just asked me what I was looking to gain, and a little bit about myself. I thought they wouldn't get back to me because I did the interview in the middle of a restaurant, but I got an offer letter the next day.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Borgen Project (London, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview was very brief, and the questions were fairly straightforward. It was a more laid-back and casual interview rather than something more formal, which is not a bad thing.

I interviewed at The Borgen Project (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
After applying online they sent me a survey to complete. The survey had questions about global development, and personal questions about why you are interested in with a non profit like theirs. They quickly got back to me and scheduled a very short interview, it probably lasted about 10-12 minutes. They asked me about my strengths and interest in the mission of the group.
