It was the most vague interview I was ever a part of and I got the job almost immediately after. The work this org does is legitimate but the definitely just use an internship farm to do most of their administrative and fundraising work through straight quantity of applicants.

It was a very easy and casual interview process! Lots of easy, basic questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses, past experiences, etc. They gave me an offer within 36 hours I believe.
