The interview process at BBC was very long and drawn out. Scheduling was done very poorly (they leave this to a COOP), so I had to get out of work to go back on multiple occasions. There was a lot of sitting around, waiting for the interviewer to be ready. Interviewers didn't coordinate very well, I got the same question (and in one case, the exact same "case" to analyze, even after the full solution had been explained). After I accepted the offer, paperwork got lost, and I got word that references that they needed wouldn't return calls. After more digging, it turns out they had been calling an incorrect phone number, even though the correct one had been provided.
