Interview process was very pleasant and asked a lot of questions about how I would market to create a certain outcome. Very nice and welcoming process and overall a great experience.
AI interview process, never spoke to a real person. This was after I already went through a screening questionnaire that took over 15 minutes. One of the questions was what you can describe yourself as with multiple options. Then was asked for an interview with an AI bot that would scan your facial reactions to questions.
