Sorry but what type of company does a personality test before you even get to speak to anyone? That was already a bad sign... and since you don't get to *see* the results of the personality test I highly suspect that this is used to discriminate based on certain criteria. Next is a Hirevue... again why speak to an actual human to get to know if someone is right for the role when everything can be done through a faceless robot... if the hiring system is already such a mess I can't even imagine how dysfunctional the actual workplace is
