I applied online. I interviewed at The Breakers (Palm Beach, FL)
Interview
The interview was fine. Typical questions such as "Tell me about yourself", "Why do you want to work here?” etc. I've been prepared to all of them, but I didn't get a job.
The Operation Manager told me she sent me e-mail during our interview and i can schedule my next interview.
When I came back home, I check my e-mail and there was was an mail but No OPTION to schedule next interview.
it's means you did not get a job.

Interview
I originally applied for the Guest Relations Coordinator and had an interview from the recruiter who came to my university. That interview went very well! About a week later I got a call to come in for another interview. Sarah cared so much about my interest even beyond the job description, she was so lovely! After I met with Sarah she called over the supervisor to come meet with me! He was also very nice and explained to me the next steps in the interview process. I had to email him a "writing sample" (like an email making suggestions to guests) because they have a lot of electronic communication with guests. After that interview, about a week and a half later, I was called in to meet with the supervisors of the guest services department. That interview went great as well! After another week and a half I got a call from HR (Laureta was so nice and excited for me) and they extended the job offer to me. I accepted! Going through the orientation process the last few days, I know I made the right choice. The Breakers is an outstanding company!!

Interview
Met with a member from Human Resources first, then with the Director. It was a fairly easy interview. Asked questions pertaining to previous work background and situations where I had to work under pressure or with conflict. It would be good to know your history of the Breakers and do a little research on their recent renovations.
