I applied online and a few days l got an email inviting me to their upcoming job fair. The "job fair" was held at Echo, one of their off-site restaurants. There were about a dozen or so other applicants there but I am not sure for what positions. It didn't matter at which order you signed in. I was one of the first and waited almost 2 hours in the restaurant to be called for my interview so make sure you're available for plenty of time. Also, take a water bottle because you are not offered refreshments. This was my first interview so I did not get to meet any restaurant managers. Only HR representatives. Once the actual interview started it didn't last 5 minutes. The HR rep informed that it would be extremely quick and that she would be mostly looking down at a tablet with all my information on it. And she certainly did. There was not much eye contact. It seemed impersonal but she did warn me before we got started and she was friendly overall. There was absolutely no indication from her on how I did through her demeanor or otherwise. She explained that after all the interviews were done the HR reps would get together and discuss the candidates and pass on their picks to the restaurant management. I appreciated that they were quick about sending me the rejection letter so I did not have to wait very long for a response.
