I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Broad Institute (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was a difficult interview, expect questions about past research and where you would like to be in the future. The interview took around 30 minutes, but one should prepare a lot for the interview.
Good, general questions only, not so difficult. Most of the questions are about my resume and my experience as a research developer at my college. But they took a lot of time between interviews for decision.
The process consisted of a primary digital interview, then one on one interview with post-doc candidates which are interested in working with you, then team interviews for each lab group.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Broad Institute (Waltham, MA) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview consists of 5 questions, it’s all one way so there are plenty of time to prepare for it. Each question have two minutes record time, but you can retake as much as possible.
