The Broad Institute Principal Software Engineer interview questions

Phone call discussion with the team lead where they talked for 20 minutes about their project. I was then asked to talk about myself. After 10 minutes got told we were out of time and 10 minutes later got an email saying I was not considered and the job was offered to someone internal (I assume due to the phrasing used by the recruter). Frustrating process to say the least given that on paper I had all the requirements for the position. It felt unprofessional and like I never had a chance from the beginning.
