Recruiter reached out to me day off submitting my application to set up a phone screen. The recruiter stayed in touch with me via email, phone, and text throughout the whole process and kept me informed. After phone screen, a 1:1 with the hiring manager was set up via teams. The hiring manager arrived late and seemed disinterested, but overall friendly. 1 month later, I was moved to a 4 hour interview having 1:1 teams meeting with a HR representative, senior brand manager, customer marketing manager, and again the hiring manager. The atmosphere was friendly, and I was asked a variety of questions related my experiences and behavioral questions based on Campbells values. I was strung along for 1 month after until I received a phone call that they "may" be able to offer me the role at a lower title due to my experience. That was surprising since this had not come up as a concern in the 2 months process. I removed myself from consideration after that.

HR reached out via email, interviewed with a few hiring managers and cross-functional team members, then interviewed with VP. Very interested in my experience managing people and how I would manage innovation.
