Talk about exhausting.. As a very qualified candidate I was selected to move forward with interviews. It starts with a phone interview with HR. Get that person’s personal number on speed dial because NO ONE else will respond to any emails. After that you will be subjected to 6 rounds of video interviews all in the middle of the day. So be prepared to take a lot of time off from work. Interviews were scripted and the same questions from a question bank were used... Very weak interviewing skills. Following up with each interviewer via email is useless because they won’t take any time to respond to questions or give feedback despite you using your valuable PTO time to accommodate their schedule. Overall, it’s evident this place reeks of toxic culture. From the lack of response, the tired and depressed demeanor from every interviewer, and the surprisingly and comically weak interviewing skills, Campbell’s doesn’t deserve your effort.
