The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Málaga) in Apr 2015
Interview
The first interview was with a General Manager and was quite informal, very incisive, fairly lengthy, and very much business culture focused. I then spoke with a HR Manager and finally the Global Director of Operations. The final part was undoubtedly the most challenging, though it was very cordial.
