I sat down with a manager and she asked me a couple of questions and then hired me on the spot. It was easy-going and comfortable. After I got hired I had an orientation and started soon after that.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.
